Training on General Project Management Practice for Three HC Semitek Factories

The two-day in-house training course “General Project Management Practice” organized by the Human Resources Department was held at the No. 1 training room of the training center on the 9th floor of the comprehensive building at Zhangjiagang factory on Nov. 3, 2017.

Nearly 80 backbone staff from HC Semitek Wuhan, Zhangjiagang and Zhejiang factories participated in the training. Mr. Zhong Lihan, a senior project management expert, Huawei senior project manager, senior lecturer, one of Huawei’s top ten outstanding instructors, American Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project management professional (PMP), and chief lecturer of SINO-EDU Communications Project Management served as the lecturer for this training course.

At the beginning of the training, Wang Liming, General Manager of HC Semitek Zhangjiagang factory stated that project management capability is indispensable for the current social competition. Modern project management methods can boost work efficiency, lower project risks and promote the healthy and stable development of companies. It is hoped that all trainees apply what they learn at the training to work and work together for a better future of HC Semitek.
